Open Races

3rd & 4th Mildura, Melton Classic (giving 60km+ overfly to all other birds in the top 12 Open).

 

1st & 2nd Mildura, Gold Cup Open National (youngbird section). Tough race with headwinds all the way. The winning velocity was a little over 1000mpm.

 

All the above reults have been gained with a team of babies. I built my loft in January this year, so my oldest birds at the start of the racing season were only about 5 months old. Also, I registered the 2nd smallest team in my club.
